Linda was wonderful to work with. She was very thorough and professional. She knows the area very well and brought multiple property’s that meet our search requirements. She efficiently set up both in person and virtual tours to help expedite the process of viewing property’s. Time was critical, as property's were not on the market very long. Linda quickly worked through our offers and counter offers, providing feedback and guidance on current market conditions. Linda assisted us with recommendations and introductions for banking, insurance and inspections. I highly recommend working with Linda on all your real estate endeavors.

Linda helped us offer on three properties in Whitefish. One we closed and are very happy. In each case, we are very happy with the experience and Linda's intelligence on the neighborhood, market, and work required. She has also been very helpful with contacts, e.g., contractors to demo an old home, or provide advice on buildability of lots with some terrain variability. Linda knows Whitefish and the surrounding area very well. She will call out the + and - elements of a parcel, e.g., road noise, train noise, etc. We continue to work with Linda looking for vacant parcels and other properties. We'd highly recommend Linda to prospective buyers or sellers of real estate in NW Montana, Whitefish and the lakes area around WF.

We worked with Linda on two occasions, one purchase and one sale. We really enjoyed working with her! She is professional, knowledgable and a real pleasure to be around. Being new to the area, her local expertise was invaluable. She expertly guided us through the process from finding the right house to closing. During the purchase of our new house, we were out of state for most of the process but Linda communicated with us everyday. Most importantly, we felt we could trust her for anything. Linda was so professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The photographer she hired for the home photos was just sensational. It was a difficult time as I was selling my friend's home after he had passed away. She was always available if I needed any questions answered. Thank you Linda!
