We were selling a vacation property and Linda prepared an excellent comparative market analysis to help us arrive at a realistic sale price. The house was only on the market 8 days before we received the offer we ultimately accepted. Linda also connected us to the support and resources (lawyer, title company, etc.) we needed to conclude the sale. She answered all our questions in a timely and knowledgeable manner, and we have no hesitation recommending her.

Linda was very easy to work with, responsive, patient and knowledgeable. In addition to listing and selling two fully furnished homes for us, she helped coordinate work that was needed and even did an inventory of all the furnishings. It is too bad that this rating scale only tops out at five, since Linda, in all categories is clearly a ten. Here knowledge of market, people, and process is super, not to mention here decorating tips. A great buyer's guide and advocate for the Whitefish area.
