Linda is one of few agents that I would recommend. I am a licensed real estate agent and one of her clients (she has my property listed). Being in the industry I can be extra critical when it comes to rating an agent. I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Linda to any of my friends looking to buy or sell real estate. She is knowledgable, honest, hard working, she communicates often so you're not left wondering what's going on and she has great negotiation skills. Easily a 5-star agent.

Linda helped us on the sale of 2 properties. The last, in 2013, was a nice lot that we owned on Ashley Lake. Linda is smart, a good communicator and relates well to clients and other agents. She does her research so that she understands what is reasonable pricing and she knows what properties are in competition with yours. Linda is a nice person and a joy to work with. We have worked with 3 other agents in the Flathead Valley and Linda is the one that got us results! Pam and I highly recommend her.

Linda was an excellent realtor for us. We did not know her before and had found her on the Remax web site as the spotlight Realtor for that day. As soon as I contacted her she was very attentive and was able to provide us with a number of listings. The first house she showed us we loved but she knew that we needed to see others to make our decision. We ended up with the first house and she helped make it a very smooth transition. When it came to inspecting the house after the movers left and cleaned, she found things we didn't that needed extra attention and had it taken care of very promptly. We love our home and are so happy that it was Linda Chauner who was our realtor. Thank you Linda, again, for all you did for us!

Linda is knowledgeable and always up to date on changes to the Real Estate Market. I came here from California in November 2012 to look for houses for retirement. She had already taken my criteria and had been sending me listings of houses on the market. She drove us around to look at my list of houses .. She never once pushed us toward something I did not think fit for me. She told me about each town those houses were in and drove me around bit to get the feel of the towns.<br/><br/>Within 3 days I had found what I wanted and she submitted my bid that day. The other real estate agent was out of town and she got in contact and made it all possible to get it done before I had to leave back to California. She also recommended a Mortgage company in town and set up an appointment so that I could have all that ready before hand, in case I needed additional financing and had a letter of credit from the Bank.<br/><br/>She still keeps in touch with us, and I consider her a friend now.

Linda assisted me in listing and negotiating the sale of my folks's property in Whitefish. She was very informative and sensitive to the emotions involved in selling a house in which I'd spent all my childhood years. Linda researched the market and supplied me with comps for the area and was very instrumental in obtaining a sale price that I was happy with. She is extremely professional and I would recommend her in any real estate sale you have.

We used Linda to buy a lake house at Foys Lake. We originally contacted her looking at a lot she had for sale at Ashley Lake but that sold and she helped us find something that suited us even better. We are canadian and had never purchased real estate in the USA before so she was very helpful and knowledgable helping us understand what we needed to do. <br/><br/>Linda is an excellent communicator- she responds very quickly to texts and emails and is always on top of paperwork and deadlines. She gave us great advice negotiating in the face of potential multiple offers and helped us secure the property we wanted. <br/><br/>She is the best realtor we have ever worked with and we would highly recommend her to anyone!
